“They will absolutely get that much. These aren’t vanity deals, these shows are cash machines," a podcast industry executive tells PEOPLE
Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce hope to take their podcast to "new heights" this upcoming season.
Weeks after the podcast aired its season 2 finale on July 3, The Wall Street Journal reported on Saturday, July 27 that the brothers are seeking a new $100 million deal for New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce and have been in discussion with podcasting network Wondery.
“They will absolutely get that much. These aren’t vanity deals, these shows are cash machines," a podcast industry executive tells PEOPLE.

"The tie-in to Taylor [Swift] helped the show blow up," they say, referring to Travis' relationship with the superstar singer, 34.
PEOPLE has reached out to Wondery for comment about the deal.
Since debuting in September 2022, New Heights immediately made waves in the podcast space. Travis, 34, and his now-retired NFL star brother, 36, used the platform to reflect on their experiences on the field and the football industry as a whole.

Speaking about how the podcast has continued to grow after Travis' romance with Swift, 34, became public, Jason said during a panel at Sport Beach 2024 that it's "been fun" to embrace their new demographic.
"It's been fun for me, I have three little girls, so in some ways, the show and everything that's transpired over the past year, has given reasons for girls to get involved in a sport where previously there wasn't that much interest," he said during the event in June.
