"I can’t believe you are already a year old!" Jenner wrote in her tribute

On Friday, Nov. 1, the Kardashian matriarch, 68, shared a sweet post on Instagram in honor of her youngest grandson Rocky Thirteen's first birthday. Jenner shared a round-up of photos of Rocky from throughout the year, posing with his mom Kourtney Kardashian Barker, 45, and dad Travis Barker, 48.
"Happy birthday to our precious Rocky!! I can’t believe you are already a year old! It feels like just yesterday that we were welcoming you to the world," Jenner wrote in her caption.
"You are grandchild number 13 and the most precious little smiley boy I have ever met!! I can’t wait to watch you grow up and I am so thankful to God that He chose me to be your grandma."
"I love you so so much and I can’t wait to watch you grow. ❤️😍🙏🏼," Jenner, who goes by "Lovey" to her thirteen grandkids, ended her post.

Earlier in October, Kardashian Barker gave fans a glimpse into her family-filled fall on Instagram, posting a few photos of herself with Barker and their son Rocky.
To start her carousel, the Lemme co-founder shared a snap of herself holding onto Rocky's stroller and looking inside at her little one. She stood all dressed up in black stilettos, black sheer tights and an army green bomber jacket.
In the next snap, the Blink-182 drummer, 48, took his turn in pushing Rocky's stroller. The father-son duo could be seen entering the Franklin Theatre in Nashville, Tenn. "Hello October," the mom of four captioned her post.
The post continued to show more of her fall festivities, including soup, skeletons, pumpkins and archery.
While appearing on Dear Media's The Skinny Confidential podcast last month, Kardashian Barker opened up about how she's practiced co-sleeping with all four of her kids.
"I'm on the craziest hours right now because of our whole summer of touring, but I think one thing too is that we sleep with our baby," she said on the podcast.
"As a mother, I like to do what feels natural and instinctual to me. And that's for me what it is," Kardashian Barker explained of co-sleeping. "And of course, I also read all the benefits and hear all the benefits. And I mean, it's something that mammals have been doing for since time existed."
"I think every person's different and every child is different. My oldest son slept with me till he was 7 and just naturally wanted to sleep," she said of her son Mason, now 14. "I mean also part of it [is] like at a certain time I would put him to bed in his room and then he would come to my room."
"That's what my daughter does. She comes in. And then at 7 he just stopped and he was like, 'I'm done with you, I sleep in my own room.' And then my daughter slept with me pretty much till she was 11," she said, adding, "My husband loves it too. So we get aligned."
In addition to Mason, Kardashian Barker is also mom to Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9, with her ex Scott Disick.
