Kevin Spacey has reached a settlement agreement with three men who filed lawsuits claiming the actor sexually assaulted them, according to multiple news reports.

The disgraced Academy-award winning actor, 66, was slated to face a civil trial in London over the allegations, initially set for later this year, according to BBC News and the Associated Press.

A U.K. judge decided to put the case on hold last week. “By consent, it is ordered that all further proceedings against the defendant in these actions be stayed upon the terms set out in this order and in the confidential schedule,” the judge said, per the AP.

The specific terms of the settlement have not been publicly disclosed.

The three men accused Spacey of assault between 2003 and 2013, including one who met him through a workshop at a theater where Spacey was artistic director, and another who alleged he was groped at a party, BBC News reported. It is widely reported that Spacey denied the allegations.

Spacey first faced an allegation of sexual misconduct in 2017 when Anthony Rapp claimed that Spacey made a sexual advance on him when he was 14. A New York jury later found Spacey not liable in the case.

The House of Cards actor denied Rapp's claim and came out as gay, drawing criticism, and was subsequently fired by Netflix.

Additional allegations have emerged over the years, though Spacey was also cleared of sexual assault claims in 2023 in London

In a November 2025 interview with The Telegraph, Spacey said he had “no home," explaining he was “living in hotels, I'm living in Airbnbs, I'm going where the work is.” He later clarified in an Instagram  video that he was not “homeless in the colloquial sense.”
