Larsa Pippen and Jeff Coby have broken up.

The Real Housewives of Miami star, 51, and the pro basketball player, 32, called it quits, PEOPLE can confirm. TMZ was first to report the news of the breakup.

"Yes, they’re broken up. She decided to move in a different direction," a source close to Pippen says.

PEOPLE has reached out to representatives for both Pippen and Coby for comment.

In January, Coby shared a since-deleted post on Instagram marking their one-year anniversary, captioning it “365+” alongside highlights from their relationship, including red carpet outings, workouts and vacations. At the time, Pippen commented, “Love u so much.”

The pair first sparked romance rumors in early 2025 after being spotted together at Marysol Patton’s birthday celebration in Miami. They later made their red carpet debut at the premiere of The Accountant 2 in Los Angeles in April 2025.

Shortly after, Coby made headlines when he jokingly spoke about marriage while the couple was approached by paparazzi. “We’re getting married 2025-6,” he said in a video obtained by TMZ. “We’re getting married. It’s gonna be a beautiful marriage. November 2025.”

When asked if he had already proposed, he added, “I can’t tell you when I’m gonna propose.” Pippen reacted with a smile, briefly hiding her face behind her phone.

The reality star also opened up about their relationship during a June 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.

“I found my twin,” Pippen said at the time, after confirming the pair had been dating for “about seven months.”

Coby, for his part, shared similar sentiments on the show. “She’s just one of the best humans I’ve ever met in my life,” he said. “And she’s so sweet, intelligent, caring — what’s there not to love about her?”

Over the summer, Pippen also spoke to PEOPLE about her future with Coby, sharing that their relationship had been moving in a positive direction.

“I feel like we’re on a really good path right now,” she said. “We get along with everything. He’s been asking me what shaped stones I like, so I’ve been giving him little hints.”

“We haven’t really talked about the size, but we just talked about [how] I like the brilliant cut or an oval,” she added of a potential engagement. “I feel like those are really cute.”

Pippen noted that seeing Coby bond with her four children, whom she shares with ex-husband Scottie Pippen, made their relationship even stronger. “They have the best relationship,” she said. “They play board games. They love to hang out. They talk basketball.”

“We talk to my son, Scotty [Jr.], after every game, and we go through what happened during the game,” she added of her 24-year-old son, who now plays for the Memphis Grizzlies. “I feel like [Coby’s] very normal, and him around my family is just an easy place for us.” 

The couple’s romance followed Pippen’s previous relationship with Marcus Jordan.
