Kelsea Ballerini and Marshmello just released a summer anthem for the girls.

On Friday, June 26, the country singer and the DJ released their first-ever collaboration titled "Another Drink." The song captures a carefree — and newly single — summer night out.

"No, she don't care about your truck, yeah, boy, you're out of luck / No, she don't want a thing, she just wants another drink," Ballerini sings in the chorus. "Don't wanna share a smoke, don't wanna take you home / No, she don't wanna think, she just wants another drink."

In the second verse, Ballerini — who recently split from Outer Banks star Chase Stokes — sings about feeling empowered and seemingly sticking to her guns after a breakup.

"No tears from a breakup, 'cause the makeup don't look good running / Missed calls, gotta block him, better lock in, and keep 'em coming," she sings. "Here's to all the goodbyes that turn into the good nights, yeah / Nice guy with a nice try, maybe next time, but not tonight."

In a press release, Marshmello, 34, said he loved "the challenge of bringing my own approach to country production on this track."

"I'm grateful to Kelsea for trusting my vision. She's an incredible artist and person, and we're both proud of this song and excited for everyone to hear it," he continued.

Meanwhile, the "Baggage" singer, 32, said she's been "a friend and a fan" of Marshmello for years.

"We've always wanted to find the right thing to work on together," she added. "This song came to life at the perfect time for us to combine our worlds for a fun, summertime jam. I hope it makes everyone cheers and dance."

Before "Another Drink," Ballerini released an EP titled Mount Pleasant in November.

Earlier this month, she opened up to PEOPLE about her recent move to New York City and how it's inspiring her music.

"I've made five records and two EPs in Nashville and I think I am in this place in my life where I just wanted to see creatively where changing my landscape and my backdrop, what that would bring out," the "First Rodeo" singer said. "It's really proving to feel really inspired and different in a good way, but it's, to me, what my kind of country sounds like in a city."

Marshmello's most recent release was a collaboration with Thomas Rhett titled "Where We Go." He also previously collaborated with Hudson Westbrook on "Better Man Than Me" and Jelly Roll on "Holy Water."
