Sebastian Stan and Annabelle Wallis are officially parents!

PEOPLE can confirm the Marvel actor, 43, welcomed his first baby last month with the Mercy star, 41. The couple hasn’t shared any details regarding their newborn with the public.

Representatives for Stan and Wallis could not be reached for comment.

Back in April, Stan and Wallis stepped out together for a stroll in New York, revealing they were expecting their first baby together. In the photos, Wallis showed off her baby bump.

The pregnant actress wore a black loose-fitting dress with a brown jacket, paired with a cheetah print bag and black shades. The expectant dad walked beside her wearing brown pants, a white shirt and a denim jacket.

Representatives for Stan and Wallis could not be reached for comment at the time.

The Captain America: The Winter Soldier star spoke for the first time about becoming a dad for the first time while chatting with Deadline about his new project Fjord. The Cristian Mungiu-directed film, which premieres in August, follows a man forced to contemplate his own value as a father and as a man. The role prompted Stan to take a closer look at his own life and thoughts on both manhood and fatherhood as he prepares to enter his new journey.

“I want to be a good dad,” he told the outlet.

Later in the interview, Stan added, “I’m feeling the responsibility of being a good father. And not to mention a good man. I’m 43, and I feel, in a lot of ways, I’m just starting to learn now. It’s just crazy to me. So, I love when I see I’m discovering different people’s point of view. I try to read as much as I can, no matter what the point of view is, just to understand it.”

The Thunderbolts actor and Peaky Blinders actress sparked dating rumors in May 2022 when they were seen together at Robert Pattinson‘s birthday party. The couple started stepping out in public more often in 2024 when she joined him at the Berlin Film Festival in February of that year to premiere A Different Man. In May 2024, they walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for the world premiere of Stan’s Donald Trump biopic The Apprentice.

When Stan won his first career Golden Globe in January for A Different Man, he notably shouted out Wallis in his speech when he said, “Annabelle, I love you.”

While speaking with Vanity Fair during an interview for the outlet’s May 2025 cover story, Stan offered some rare comments on his romance with Wallis after his whirlwind awards season.

“I feel like it’s really difficult nowadays to be able to have any privacy whatsoever,” Stan said, after the outlet noted that Stan and Wallis’ relationship “is not something either of them discuss” publicly. He added, “It’s the one part of my life that I try to keep somewhat for myself, even though it sort of ends up being out there.”

The pair also attended the 2025 Oscars and the subsequent Vanity Fair after-party together.
