Adele; Seth RogenSeth Rogen says he was surprised to be one of the main attractions during a televised Adele concert several years ago.
During an appearance on SiriusXM's The Howard Stern Show on March 26, Seth, 42, recalled to host Howard Stern how he attended the Adele: One Night Only event in 2021, and "got shockingly little information" about the show — which was filmed at Los Angeles' Griffith Observatory — prior to attending.
"Me and my wife, we got a call, 'There's an Adele concert, do you want to go to an Adele concert?' We're like, 'Yeah, who doesn't f------ want to go to an Adele concert? That sounds fun,' " he explained.

Seth Rogan on the set of SiriusXM's 'The Howard Stern Show' on March 26, 2025Seth revealed that he and wife Lauren Miller Rogen ended up smoking marijuana before entering the venue. "We did just get incredibly high," the comedian told Stern, 71. "We parked there, hotboxed the car and were just like, 'We're going to a concert, it's going to be fun.' "
The Superbad star then recalled how the couple started to suspect that it wasn't a typical concert while walking up, as they noticed camera crews.

"Clearly we're like, 'This isn't just a normal concert. Like, they're filming this concert. It's a big filmed event,' " he said.
The surprises continued when Seth and Lauren looked at their tickets for the first time.

"We get there, they give us our tickets and our seat numbers are A1 and A2. I was like, 'Oh no! That seems close, that seems very close,' " Seth recounted.
"We slowly are walking and we find our seats and we could not be more front and center in this show, and they're filming the whole thing," he continued. "It's like a huge primetime special, which I did not know at all. There's literally a camera crew and a rig like six inches in front of us. I'm just like, 'What the f--- is going on right now?' "
The experience had the couple feeling flustered.
"I've never met Adele, I've never seen Adele in real life before. I was like, 'How did this happen?' And so the whole time I'm just like, 'Well, I gotta act like I look like an engaged concert-goer throughout this experience,' " Seth told Stern.
